What we offer

Support that starts with your experience.

Your military experience is valuable. We help communicate it clearly, explore opportunities that match your goals, and connect you with resources that may help along the way.

SERVICE 01

Resume writing & review

Build a clear resume for civilian employers that reflects your work history, transferable strengths, and the jobs you are pursuing.

  • Resume drafting, revision, and formatting
  • Help tailoring experience to target roles
  • Practical feedback on clarity and presentation
SERVICE 02

Translating military skills for civilian careers

Military titles and duties don't always translate naturally into civilian hiring language. We help present your experience in terms employers can understand.

  • Identify transferable leadership and technical skills
  • Explain responsibilities in civilian language
  • Connect accomplishments to career interests
SERVICE 03

Career guidance & job search assistance

Not sure what comes next? We can help you explore career options and create a manageable plan for your job search.

  • Discuss career interests and possible positions
  • Review relevant opportunities and next steps
  • Guidance on applications and career materials
SERVICE 04

Veteran resource connections

Employment goals sometimes involve additional challenges. We can help identify relevant VA, Arizona, and community resources to contact for other kinds of support.

  • Identify possible benefits and education contacts
  • Locate resource and referral options
  • Help organize questions and next steps

Services depend on individual needs and availability. VRNA offers guidance and referrals, but cannot guarantee employment, benefits decisions, or services offered by other organizations.

Frequently asked questions.

Still have questions? Scheduling an appointment is the easiest way to discuss your situation.

Does VRNA charge for resume or career services?

No. Our resume and career support is offered at no cost to veterans and their families.

Do I need a completed resume before reaching out?

No. You can come with a current resume, an older version, or simply information about your experience. We'll discuss what would be most useful.

Does VRNA guarantee a job or placement?

No. We can assist with preparation, searching, and guidance, but hiring decisions belong to employers and results cannot be guaranteed.

Can VRNA help with needs outside employment?

We can help identify VA, state, or community organizations that may be able to assist. VRNA does not provide every service directly or determine eligibility for programs offered by other organizations.
